We turn raw MDF into a finished moulding in just a single manufacturing process; this results in faster and more efficient production runs, allowing for much shorter lead times than our competition.

​​We utilize a Barbaran laminator to produce a "full wrap" around the entire profile of the moulding. This is ideal for cabinetry applications including steps and shaker profiles.

​​All of our production lines feature built in cross-feed and off-feed conveyors. The conveyors provide three significant benefits.

      They reduce the amount of labor required.

      Increase production speed.

      Enhance quality assurance practices via allowing more time for the inspection of the          moulding.​​
