​Martin Straub, President

Martin began crafting his skills in the woodworking industry at an early age, eventually joining the family business during high school and taking part ownership after college. During his first seventeen years he gained invaluable plant management experience and oversaw the production of millions of linear feet of moulding. Martin's expertise and drive to continually innovate manufacturing processes has made the company one of the most efficient and cost effective in the market. 

​Herb Straub,VP

For the last forty years, Herb has worked in the picture frame moulding industry. As Vice President for the company, he is still involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. Herb spends a considerable amount of time on product development and assisting the production team in new profile designs, concepts, and costing. His ability to bridge the gap between the designer and the fabricator has been invaluable to the success of Taylor Molding.
